I think yours is a wonderful idea. I do not have any listings at the moment, but I would love to see your services used in my neighborhood.

We have been discussing the problems with empty homes in our board meetings and I do plan to promote you in the board meeting I am attending this evening. Our website will be servicing a community of 764 home owners and their renters. I'd certainly like to be able to encourage absent sellers to use your services.
