Caretaker Coordinator: Phoenix - We are currently looking for an IRIS certified or equal individual to work with our Caretaker community. Responsibilities will include performing background checks, interviewing, contract negotiations, furniture placement and regular inspection of the caretakers performance, conflict resolution, scheduling, file management, and the like. This position is a salary plus bonus based on a Company Schedule of Servicesyou perform.
